Great dentist, went for a referral for back teeth extractions. The reception staff are very friendly aswell as the dentist who explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. Nice size waiting room with plenty of recent reading material. Seems very clean and welcoming. Would recommend if I lived in the area it would definitely be my first choice to want as my regular dentist.
Great practice! Everyone who works here deserve a big thank you. Receptionist was kind and respectful, the nurse was very caring and the dentist. She was amazing! Gentle, professional and very thorough! I booked another check up in 6 months.
Very disappointed. I attended with very bad pain in my tooth and jaw. The dentist had a quick look and told me that he couldnt see an obvious cause of the problem and would not carry out any further examination. I had to leave with no treatment or diagnosis. I will have to go elsewhere to find out what the problem is. Despite doing nothing for me, they expected payment for the appointment, which I gave unhappily.
After 8 years of avoiding a dentist, a ton of physical and mental health issues, I finally went to this place today with a bad abscess. I called and explained how petrified I am and my sensory issues and PTSD cause trouble. But when I walked in the dentist Tomasz was waiting at reception for me and had the patience of a saint (as did the rest of the staff helping) even when I went into a full meltdown. They took everything into consideration and didnt argue upon my requests to make it more comfortable for me. Also I have some pretty bad teeth from years of depression and letting myself rot away, previous dentist and doctors have pointed this out and belittled me for it, but not these guys. I need another appointment soon and I feel so much happier with the idea of returning, its nice to feel safe for once.
I was referred to this dentist after needing a broken tooth removed by the dental surgeon. He is the most lovely dentist I have met to date. I was petrified on my way there and nearly cancelled. I'm so glad I went. He made sure that my medication details were correct and it's a good job he did as my own dentist didn't send any of my medical records (I'm type 1 diabetic). I would recommend this dentist. Thinking of changing to this one from now on and it's quite a travel!
