Nobody seems to know what they are doing at this place my poor husband has been treated very poorly keep swapping his dentist and cancelling his appointments and his teeth are not right complaint going in
When I have gone the dentist as being fab however because I ended up poorly on two occasions at very short notice I couldn't attend so the first time my partner let them know and the second time I couldn't even get out of bed and it slipped my partners mind what with doing school runs etc etc I've now being kicked off due to not giving 24 hrs notice but I didn't know gastro illness also gave me psychic abilities to ring 24 hrs before taking ill....absolutely ridiculas without even ringing or contacting me some way to ask why...at least give folk a chance to give a reason and if not satisfactory then remove from list.
Worst place ever i cancelled my appointment due to needing to go hospital. I got removed first as they reckon 24 hours is still wasted that appointment. Due to morphene use i have 7 broken teeth thats needing to be removed. A month later my wife was removed aswell. These have a policy of treat paying patients perfect nhs threat like crap and remove if you cancel. Ive even been told theres people that cancel on day and havnt been removed.
Would not ever go back.Already had a huge issue with Dentists and knew i needed a tooth removing. Braved it to be sat in waiting room 40 minutes whilst the rwceptionist is calling patients to come in early(roughly 40 minutes later) when clearly they were running behind. Then to have the tooth worked on and have half the tooth left in. Had to be referred to a specialist to have the remainder taken out after being in agony a fortnight. Two weeks later the empty space where the tooth was still hasn't healed. Instead of taking even more time off work i requested a call back to find out if something wasnt right. To be told i had to take more time off work so they could see it... As working mum of two this has been extremely inconvenient and more effort/pain than it needed to be and reinforced a fear of the dentist. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Fantastic.. the care I received was second to none. Would recommend to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist, they put me completely at ease.
