Great service, staff couldn't do enough to make my dog (and me) feel comfortable. After trying a few vets over the years with my anxious dog i don't need to go anywhere else now.

We recently registered Rosie, our Cockapoo at Matt Smith Vets and took her for one of her annual booster vaccinations. The practice is spotless and we received a very warm welcome. Matt is very attentive, caring and thorough. He made a fuss of Rosie as soon as we walked in and made her feel at ease, so we felt reassured too. I love the idea that we will see the same vet each time we visit, so that we can get to know him and he won't be a stranger to our dog. When we have used other veterinary practices in the past, we have rarely seen the same vet twice. The service we received was very professional with a personal touch and the practice has a warm, homely feel to it with the bonus of its own car park. It was a very positive experience for both us and our dog. We will only be taking Rosie to this vets in the future and would highly recommend it.
