Very pleasant and helpful staff, apparently a family business.the guy who helped me out was very nice. Definately big on customer service, they gave me the opportunity to try out a kayak, before buying, in the biggest paddling pool I've every seen. Seemed to have a good range of toys for out on the water. Now looking forward to testing out my new inflatable kayak.Update-Took the kayak back with no problems on the refund. The product build quality was not particularly great and one of the seams had sorted to peel apart thankfully not an air tight seal. Would have retained a higher star rating but their attitude was we'll just drop a bit of glue on that and get it sold. No concern over product quality control.
Unfortunately what started as a great impression on the weekend at their sales event turned into a catalog of errors. Firstly we found that one of the back supports was missing so that ment a trip from derby to Chesterfield and back and finally on getting everything ready to go away for a day trip found all the ratchet straps missing. Derby to Chesterfield and back yet again and day trip missed out on. Shame
