Poor poor poor service. No matter what I do I can never get an appointment even if its the request by the doctor. When I got a little upset with the receptionist she put the phone down on me. I wasnt rude to her I just needed to know what I could do to get an appointment with the doctor as it changes all the time. I get told to phone in the morning and they say or an afternoon appointment for in the afternoon. I phone in the afternoon to be told there is no appointments. Ill give up.
Helpful and friendly sometimes theres a small wait but thats to be expected
Never have put through my daughters prescription. And have waited 3 hours to see a doctor
I don't mind having to wait. Rather than that A&E. I have always been able to get an appointment on the day and really can't fault their care.
Have to wait 30 mins+ every appointment. You ask to see what's going off and u get told ur in the queue you'll be seen shortly. The waiting times never get better and there is only ever 1 receptionist on at any one time. To be brutally honest they should get another practice manager in to sort things out. The place is a joke.
