Appalling service. Advised that if I place an order today (11th Dec), I am unlikely to receive my items until the end of January (almost 2 months). No flexibility and I was not permitted to speak to anyone senior in the business. This is typical of a business that is single-select as a provider and does not need to worry about competing with an alternative supplier.

8 weeks on from our initial online order we are still crucially waiting for our school jumpers to be supplied. The rest of our order has been slowly drip fed through in the last few weeks with no end in sight. Contact has all been one sided and i am met with the standard reply "jumper is in production" with no further information provided when i call. This is not a company i would ever use again as i have lost all faith in them being able to deliver. In all honesty if i could have rated them at zero i would have.
